Dr. Ambedkar Chair, Central University of Himachal Pradesh desires to engage suitable persons (Purely on temporary / contract basis) for the following posts in the Research Studies on Specific Issues in Special Regions entitled “A Study of the Integration process of Jammu & Kashmir and NorthEast” as per details stated below :-
Research Associate (One Post)
Qualification:
Ph.D (Preferably) or M.Phil in any social sciences discipline (preferably in Political Science or Public Administration).
Experience: Minimum two year experience in research, data analysis, questionnaire design, field visit and report writing.
Desirable :
1. Excellent Command over English
2. Experience of primary data collection, data processing, sampling design and questionnaire design. 3. Experience of data analysis in excel and SPSS.
4. Willing to travel for data collection.
Age:
Preferably less than 35 years. Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/ p.m. (consolidated).
Duration:
06 months initially which may be extended depending upon need and performance.
Research Assistant (Two Posts)
Qualification: M.Phil or M.A in any social sciences discipline (preferably in Political Science or Public Administration).
Experience: Desirable for minimum one year experience in research, data analysis, questionnaire design, field visit and report writing.
Desirable : 1. Excellent Command over English
2. Experience of primary data collection, data processing, sampling design and questionnaire design. 3. Experience of data analysis in excel and SPSS.
4. Willing to travel for data collection.
Age: Preferably 30 years or below.
Remuneration : Rs. 15,000/- p.m.(consolidated)
Duration: 06 months initially which may be extended depending upon need and performance.
